Masham Golf Club is only a mile away from our properties. Visitors are welcome at the 9-hole course, and there’s no need to book for parties of fewer than 12 people. Larger parties of 30 or more people can even book the course for their exclusive use during their visit. This lovely golf course is easily accessible and welcoming to all.

Bedale

The golf course just outside Bedale dates back to 1894 and is a beautiful parkland course that was once a deer park. The well-kept course is combined with comfortable clubhouse facilities, including a lounge, food and drink, and a spacious balcony. Coaching is available to all, no matter your skill level too.

Ripon

Ripon City Golf Club offers beautiful views across the Moors to players, as well as glimpses of Ripon Cathedral. The four greens give you plenty of space to play, and the lounge and bar areas give you somewhere to have a drink or enjoy a delicious meal. Akebar

Akebar Park’s golfing facilities have been recently redeveloped to cater for golfers of all abilities. Access to their driving range is available seven days a week and is lit up with floodlights when it’s darker to give you the perfect place to practice. Experienced players can enjoy the 18-hole course, and group and individual lessons are available too.

Thirsk and Northallerton

If you’re looking for a family-friendly club, head to Thirsk & Northallerton Golf Club. The club has lovely views of the Hambleton Hills and Wensleydale, with 18 holes to enjoy. Golfers of all ages and handicaps can make use of the course and its facilities, including a bar and restaurant in the clubhouse.

Romanby

Romanby Golf & Country Club is set in over 200 acres of parkland. The 18-hole course along the River Wiske offers a challenging game for golfers who are looking for something different. The club includes a driving range open seven days a week, a 6-hole academy course and a putting green.
