What will you do in 2022?

The new year brings with it a thoughtfulness … an opportunity to make changes to our lives for the better. Of course, we can do this any time of the year, but I find the dawning of the ‘new’ year is a specific time to be mindful of what I really want to enjoy from my life. Spending time with family, planning the special events in the coming year, marking the milestone birthdays and preparing for a special family occasion … all these things make me feel grateful and want to get the most out of every day.

What are you planning for 2022? Are you planning special celebration of your own? Or just hoping to get out more, get more exercise, visit new places, start that new hobby, explore your creative side … the possibilities are only limited by your imagination and sheer determination.

A wonderful way to add a ‘mindfullness’ to your holiday is to take a break from everyday life and spend time with like-minded people to get your creative juices flowing.
